Materials

1 Pinch Ginger, ground

2 Pears

2 tbsp Maple syrup

1 Pinch Cinnamon, ground

1 Walnuts

1/2 tbsp Ghee

1 Vanilla yogurt

 

Recipe

2 pears, halved and cored

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/ 2 tablespoon ghee

Pinch of ground cinnamon

Pinch of ground ginger

Vanilla yogurt

Walnuts, as garnish

 

Method

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 350and line an 8″ x 6″ cast iron sizzling pan with parchment paper.

 

STEP 2

Place pears onto the pan and drizzle over maple syrup and ghee. Sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

 

STEP 3

Before serving, add a scoop of vanilla yogurt into the center of each pear and sprinkle with walnuts.
